Job summary

LVMH in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage daily boutique operations and deliver exceptional luxury client service. You will coordinate the POS system, aftersales, and inventory control while upholding the brand’s standards.

You will greet customers, process transactions at the register with accuracy, handle exchanges or returns, answer inquiries, and support the sales floor. This full-time position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work full-time, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment while maintaining store standards.
• Ring on registers accurately and manage cash and media at the registers.
• Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls with proper etiquette.
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise for customers.
• Handle customer exchanges or returns in partnership with Boutique Leadership.
• Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and secure cash/receipts.
• Maintain tidy register area and stock supplies.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Provide support on the selling floor and participate in inventories.
