Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in luxury retail or client service.
• Proven ability to develop lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including, Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT) & Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS).
• Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Process charge-send sales per Company guidelines; locate merchandise across Boutiques when needed.
