Job summary

Cartier Ala Moana in Honolulu is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support a tailored client experience, focusing on hospitality excellence and luxury service within the boutique.

You will assist front- and back-of-house teams, help with appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization while maintaining visual standards and boutique operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology; MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment that enhances the client journey in line with Cartier values.
• Assist the boutique team front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house to facilitate seamless client experiences, including appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
• Support appointment preparation and assist sales associates with discovery and pre‑appointment browsing.
• Maintain and replenish daily needs for sales and hospitality areas; support stock organization.
