Job summary

Brobston Group, on behalf of Cartier Ala Moana, seeks a Boutique Assistant to support a seamless luxury client experience in a long-term temporary role at the Honolulu store. You will assist with hospitality, appointments, and maintaining an exceptional environment.

You will welcome clients, help with appointment prep and product presentation, handle inquiries, and keep the service areas stocked. The role requires weekend availability and the ability to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills; MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, and other client needs.
• Support boutique traffic, appointment bookings, phone inquiries, and quick service requests.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with the boutique team.
