Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Honolulu seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure exceptional client service in a luxury environment. You will partner with the Boutique Director to open/close the store, manage staff, and optimize merchandising and inventory while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in luxury retail, and a passion for clienteling, visual presentation, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced boutique.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year of management, in a luxury product setting.
• Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates on a daily basis.
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
• Responsible for clientele development.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
• Train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct store meetings to discuss performance, training, product knowledge, merchandising and info sharing.
• Facilitate communication between management and associates.
