Job summary

Hermès Ala Moana Boutique in Honolulu is seeking a Sales Specialist to achieve selling and customer service objectives in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will collaborate with the sales team and selling support teams to elevate the client experience on the sales floor.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience in luxury settings, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining impeccable presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, luxury environment preferred.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Even-tempered with ability to multi-task.
• Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Open availability to accommodate needs of the business.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor and ensure stock readiness.
• Maintain accurate POS processes and assist with after-sales service as needed.
• Follow asset protection procedures and proper ticketing and inventory preparation.
