Adecco (Portugal) is seeking Boutique Assistants for an iconic luxury brand in Honolulu. This role focuses on delivering personalized, elevated service in a high-touch environment, with a warm and professional presence and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include preparing appointments, assisting with product presentation, client flow, and concierge-style services, with nights and weekends required. 35 hours per week, $24/hr based on experience, plus benefits where offered.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail or other high-touch service environments preferred.
• Polished, professional presence with strong communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every client.
• Support with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and F&B service.
• Prepare boutique for client appointments and elevate the experience.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests like watch sizing, strap changes, engraving, and personalization.
• Handle concierge-style requests (restaurant reservations, directions, recommendations).
• Support calls, messages, and appointment inquiries.
• Maintain organization of client-facing areas and wrap rooms.
• Replenish supplies and maintain sales/hospitality areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with operations to manage non-sellable inventory.
• Support special projects and other boutique needs.
• Follow security, operational and service standards.
• Collaborate with sales, management, and operations for seamless service.
