Job summary

Cartier North America in Houston seeks a Boutique Assistant to support the client experience strategy across its luxury boutique. You will help create an exceptional guest experience, assist with appointment prep, product presentation, gift wrapping, and hospitality services, while maintaining Cartier’s standards.

Responsibilities include assisting sales teams, coordinating the appointment flow, supporting client treatment, and ensuring smooth daily boutique operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with technology.
• Experience with luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Assist boutique team front-of-house and back-of-house to facilitate seamless client experiences.
• Support discovery and pre-appointment browsing to enhance the client journey.
• Manage boutique appointment booking tool (RDV) and queue as needed.
