Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking Luxury Boutique Assistants for our client, a luxury fashion house, at Midtown and SoHo locations in New York City. You will deliver elevated customer service and support boutique teams with daily operations, inventory, and guest inquiries.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail or related experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. Role requires flexibility, cash handling, and the ability to stand for long periods; evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
Comfortable with basic technology, inventory processes, and cash handling.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for duration of shift.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with elevated service.
Provide sales and service support to the boutique team.
Support daily operations including inventory organization, shipment processing, stock handling, and cycle counts.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Additional duties as assigned.
