You will greet clients with elevated service, assist with fittings and appointments, support the sales team, and help maintain boutique presentation and shipments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service, Hospitality or Retail-focused roles.
• Professional, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide elevated champagne and beverage service.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with elevated service and assist with maintaining the appointment schedule.
• Provide elevated hospitality, including champagne, water, coffee, and refreshments, while anticipating client needs.
• Support the sales team during client appointments.
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing information about the brand to clients.
• Support day-to-day retail operations, including maintaining boutique presentation, organizing inventory, and handling shipments.
• Take on additional duties as needed and assigned.
