Job summary

Cartier Soho boutique in New York is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support a welcoming client experience, assist with appointments, and maintain boutique presentation.

You will collaborate with management and sales associates to ensure smooth operations, hospitality, and adherence to security and standards.

This role requires ability to stand for long periods, strong communication, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support their boutique journey, including appointment preparation and product presentation.
• Assist with boutique traffic, appointment booking, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
• Maintain client service areas, hospitality supplies, and visual standards; support opening and closing activities.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative boutique environment.
