Job summary

CHANEL, INC. in New York seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional service and support boutique operations. You will collaborate with Fashion Advisors to maximize client engagement and ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of related retail experience, the ability to lift 20 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays. This front-of-house role is full-time and in-store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Front of House Fashion: full-time in-store presence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and host clients within the boutique.
• Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to maximize client engagement.
• Assist with packaging and presentation of client purchases.
• Assist with stock transfers and setting up fitting rooms.
• Log alterations during fittings to ensure accurate data.
