• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment.
• Assist with appointment preparation and client entertainment.
• Manage boutique traffic and appointments.
• Maintain visual standards of the boutique.
• Provide personal services for clients.
• Assist clients with quick service and personalization requests.
• Participate in daily boutique set-up and break‑down.
• Uphold Cartier standards and project a professional image.
