You will interact with a diverse clientele, assist in reception, maintain boutique presentation, and participate in corporate service initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with computers; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Languages other than English are beneficial for a diverse clientele.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies.
• Set up and breakdowns at boutique opening/closing.
• Manage morning jewelry setup, evening jewelry pulling, and backstock.
• Backfill POS stations and desks.
• Maintain partnerships with management and boutique administrators.
• Greet clients and assist with reception duties.
• Follow all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image with professional demeanor.
