Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the USA is seeking a dedicated Boutique Assistant to support Sales Associates, perform daily boutique maintenance, and assist with Reception duties. You will contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience and uphold the brand’s Service Excellence standards.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (2+ years luxury experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up and breakdowns at boutique opening and closing.
• Manage jewelry setup and backstock, including backstock maintenance.
• Backfill POS stations and desks accurately.
• Maintain strong partnership with management and boutique admins.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Follow all protocols defined by management and corporate.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image with professional demeanor.
