Job summary

Auberge Collection's The Knox, Dallas invites a friendly Bellperson/Door Attendant to join our welcoming team. You will help guests with luggage, arrange transportation, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience with attentive service.

As a frontline ambassador, you’ll greet guests, provide directions, and partner with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Transport teams to deliver a seamless stay. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional welcome to arriving and departing guests.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide brief orientation to services.
• Coordinate luggage flow and help maintain bell stand organization.
• Relay guest requests to Front Desk and other hotel departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.
