Job summary

The Knox, Auberge Collection in Dallas seeks a Bellperson/Door Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service through luggage handling, transportation help, and seamless arrival/departure experiences. You will be one of the first and last impressions, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to arriving and departing guests and ensure a high standard of hospitality.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and escort to rooms when appropriate.
• Coordinate luggage flow and storage, ensuring security and proper handling of items.
• Offer personalized recommendations and information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Act as a communication bridge between guests and hotel departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain bell stand and luggage areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Support arrival and departure process during peak periods and events.
