The Knox, Auberge Collection on Knox Street invites a welcoming Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, handle reservations, and ensure seamless service from check-in to check-out with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Professional, guest-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a professional, warm, and personalized greeting reflecting service standards.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy in registration, billing, and system updates.
• Verify guest information, payment methods, and reservation details with confidentiality.
• Assign room accommodations based on reservation details and guest preferences.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel PMS, ensuring updates.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, policies, and hours of operation.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
• Resolve guest concerns in a calm, solution-oriented manner and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared and requests fulfilled.
• Process all payments accurately; balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports.
• Maintain an organized front desk area with logs and notes; relay messages between guests and staff.
• Monitor lobby activity and proactively assist guests as needed.
• Uphold safety and security procedures, including emergency protocols.
