This role acts as a working shift leader, guiding Bell Attendants and maintaining high standards of guest service throughout each shift.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, monitor hours, liaise with Front Desk and Concierge, and ensure all guest requests are handled promptly with professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Bell Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate luggage handling and arrival/departure support.
• Prepare the Bell Attendant schedules and monitor attendance.
• Direct Bell Attendants to ensure efficient workflow and service standards.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Coordinate transportation services and liaise with providers.
• Maintain lobby areas and bell stand readiness.
• Act as liaison with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments.
