Job summary

Montage International in Chicago is seeking a Bellperson to support the rooms leadership team by engaging guests and managing the full-cycle luggage experience, contributing to the hotel's goals and guest satisfaction.

Key duties include assisting with the luggage program, delivering amenities, relaying information about rooms and services, and occasional guest drop-offs. The role requires strong customer service, English fluency, and prior luxury-hotel or bell position experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Prior Bell position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with full-cycle guest luggage program
• Facilitating hotel room orientations, delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms as needed
• Working knowledge about hotel rooms, services and features and relaying information to guests
• Duties may also include driving hotel vehicles off property short distances for guest drop-offs and pick-ups or as requested for item retrievals
