Park Lane New York, operated by Highgate Hotels, seeks a Bellperson to assist guests with luggage and navigate hotel services in a courteous and efficient manner. The role focuses on welcoming guests, delivering luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and explaining room features to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include loading luggage, delivering messages, assisting with room changes, and maintaining local area knowledge for guests.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state. (If applicable)
• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services.
• Inspect guest’s room to ensure it is in order and supplies are adequate.
• Explain features of the room including operation of electronic devices and entertainment.
• Deliver messages to meeting rooms and assist with guest requests.
• Ensure lobby reader board is correct.
