Job summary

Montage International in Park City, UT, is seeking a Bellperson to assist with guest luggage and enhance the guest experience across the property. You will engage guests, support the Rooms leadership team, and partner to deliver amenities and directions throughout their stay.

Required: at least two years in customer service, English fluency, high school diploma. Luxury hotel experience and prior bell role are preferred, with physical ability to lift, stand, and move luggage as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, the primary language used in the workplace
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Luxury hotel experience preferred
• Prior Bell position experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with full-cycle guest luggage program
• Facilitating hotel room orientations, delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms as needed
• Working knowledge about hotel rooms, services and features and relaying information to guests
• Duties may also include driving hotel vehicles off property short distances for guest drop-offs and pick-ups or as requested for item retrievals
