Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor and neat appearance.
• Knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options beneficial.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and hotel services.
• Deliver messages, items, or room-service deliveries discreetly and efficiently.
• Escort and coordinate guest transportation needs (taxis, valet, hotel vehicles).
• Maintain lobby and bell desk cleanliness and organization.
• Provide directions and information about local attractions and events.
• Assist with group arrivals, departures, and event logistics.
• Handle guest requests such as item storage or locating belongings.
