Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, the primary language used in the workplace
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle guest luggage program.
• Deliver amenities to guest rooms and assist with room orientations.
• Provide information about hotel rooms, services and features to guests.
• Drive hotel vehicles off property for guest drop-offs and item retrievals when needed
