Formación

• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests and provide information on local attractions.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service.
• Respond to guest complaints and assist with luggage transport and delivery of items to guest rooms.
• Regularly inspect entrances and surrounding areas and handle special requests as needed.
