Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury retail beauty experience.
• Track record achieving results.
• History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams with a "Win together" mentality.
• Roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Move toward maximum sales and growth with department leads in line with company vision and values.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandise and communications with merchant and vendor partners (presentation, returns, damages).
• Manage team execution, anticipate risks, and remove roadblocks to stay within department.
• Contribute to store-wide strategic goals and set department priorities.
• Review business with Buyers and discuss actions to drive positive results.
• Establish plans with Client Development Leads to drive performance.
• Analyze customer behaviors and adjust processes and standards accordingly.
• Plan department budgets to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance and stockroom controls.
