Exemplar Luxury Group, owner of Neiman Marcus, seeks a Selling Advisor for onsite luxury retail. You will cultivate client relationships through elevated service, fashion expertise, and personalized engagement both in-store and digitally.

You will leverage technology, omni-channel tools, and wardrobing strategies to meet personal sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. A Sales Manager oversees your performance in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to engage clients.
• Experience selling with digital tools and omni-channel platforms.
• Ability to work onsite and report to Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of fashion and trends to discuss with clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
