Neiman Marcus is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the cosmetics counter. You will build client relationships, drive sales, and participate in events and trainings while maintaining an appealing, well-merchandised counter.

In this role, you will leverage the company clienteling system to manage client preferences and create repeat business, contributing to department and store goals in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success and ability to meet quotas.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team setting with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with online clienteling tools and cosmetics consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build vendor line sales volumes.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and new Neiman Marcus accounts.
• Close retail sales and participate in pre-booked facial events and trainings.
• Maintain a properly merchandised counter and brand image.
• Record client information in the clienteling system to drive business.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from approach to closing the sale.
• Collaborate with team and Account Executive to meet goals.
