Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in luxury retail beauty and related segments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving results.
• Experience building, leading and coaching teams.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales experience of the store department and partner with other leads.
