Leverage partnerships with brand representatives, manage events, ensure premium stock presentation, and maintain exemplary service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Deep knowledge of beauty trends and luxury cosmetics brands.
• Ability to interpret metrics and translate into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Beauty Advisors to deliver customer-centric service.
• Build strong client relationships and drive sustainable business growth.
• Provide coaching on clienteling tools for personalized follow-ups.
• Monitor sales metrics daily to plan events and incentives.
• Oversee stock presentation, organization and replenishment.
• Partners with brand reps and vendors to enhance the customer experience.
