Job summary

Macy’s is hiring a Cosmetics Client Development Manager to lead a luxury cosmetics brand, coaching Beauty Advisors, and delivering exceptional, personalized service. You will build strong client relationships, leverage product knowledge, and drive meaningful experiences for customers while collaborating with brand representatives and the Beauty team.

You will mentor staff, plan events, monitor sales metrics, and ensure premium presentation and stock management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience coaching Beauty Advisors and leading clienteling initiatives.
• Strong product knowledge of prestige cosmetics and trends.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate into action.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach Beauty Advisors to deliver customer-centric service.
• Build strong client relationships and drive sales growth for the brand.
• Lead vendor events and promotions to elevate the customer experience.
• Oversee stock presentation, organization, and replenishment for a premium shop floor.
• Collaborate with Prestige and Beauty teams to optimize department performance.
