Macy’s seeks a Cosmetics Client Development Manager to lead a luxury cosmetics brand, coach Beauty Advisors, and create a warm, inclusive shopping experience. You will build client relationships, leverage product knowledge, and mentor the team to deliver personalized service that elevates the customer journey.

You will guide selling approaches, monitor performance metrics, and plan events to meet department goals while ensuring premium stock presentation and strong vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a beauty/retail environment.
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer-centric service.
• Cultivate client relationships and drive brand growth through personalized experiences.
• Coach on clienteling tools to enable personalized follow-ups and retention strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement business-driving events.
• Oversee stock presentation and partnerships with brand representatives.
