Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Cosmetics Client Development Manager to lead with passion, overseeing luxury cosmetics brands and coaching Beauty Advisors to deliver customer-centric service. You’ll build client relationships, use product knowledge, and mentor the team to achieve sales and brand goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, are comfortable with lifting up to 30 lbs, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead with passion, coaching Beauty Advisors to deliver customer-centric service.
• Build strong client relationships and drive sustainable business growth.
• Coach on clienteling tools to enable personalized follow-ups.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service to beauty customers.
• Use selling techniques that prioritize client needs and elevated experiences.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across periods and events.
• Plan and execute business-driving events and promotions.
• Oversee stock presentation, organization, and replenishment.
• Partner with brand representatives and vendors to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure hygiene standards and foster an inclusive environment.
