Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience with Beauty Advisors.
• Deep knowledge of beauty trends and assigned vendor lines.
• Ability to interpret metrics and develop actionable plans to drive sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborative mindset across departments and brands.

• Guide and inspire the team to deliver hospitality and memorable service.
