Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire the team to deliver hospitality, personal, polished customer experiences.
• Build trust-based client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
• Coach on clienteling tools to support personalized follow-ups and retention.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service to beauty and fragrance customers.
• Use selling techniques that prioritize client needs and elevate experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze daily to annual sales metrics to inform decisions.
• Plan and execute business-driving events to reach department goals.
• Oversee stock presentation and replenishment for a premium shopping experience.
• Partner with brand representatives to enhance the customer experience and drive shared success.
• Manage vendor events and promotions to contribute to customer-focused outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Foster an accepting environment reinforcing relations with colleagues and customers.
