Macy’s Inc. is seeking a Cosmetics Client Development Manager to lead a luxury cosmetics brand, coaching Beauty Advisors and building strong client relationships to deliver exceptional, customer-centric service.

This role requires deep product knowledge, artistry, and a focus on hospitality that elevates the department. You will coach using clienteling tools, develop personalized experiences, and drive sustainable business growth with a data-informed approach across daily to annual sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active as part of the role.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Beauty Advisors to deliver customer-centric service.
• Build strong client relationships and drive sustainable growth.
• Coach on clienteling tools to enable personalized follow-ups.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service to beauty customers.
• Monitor sales metrics and plan events to reach department goals.
• Oversee stock presentation and vendor collaborations to enhance CX.
• Manage vendor events and promotions to support customer experience.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with Prestige and Beauty teams to elevate the brand.
