Under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, you will support in-house training, participate in pre-booked events, and maintain a well-merchandised counter while closing sales.

The role emphasizes clienteling, relationship-building, and collaboration with the Account Executive to exceed goals and uphold Saks standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Proven sales success and ability to meet quotas.
• Ability to use online clienteling tools and Saks proprietary software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to work independently to drive business and customer satisfaction.
• Professional makeup consultation and application skills.
