Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build relationships, and expand sales on cosmetics across our luxury counter. You will utilize clienteling to grow your own book of business and coordinate with the Account Executive to meet goals.

Under direction, you will maintain a pristine counter, participate in training programs, and support in-house events while representing Saks Fifth Avenue's premium brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Proven sales record with quota attainment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multitasking.
• Ability to learn and use Saks' online clienteling tools.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate or work independently to drive business.
• Strong business judgment and organizational skills.
• Professional makeup consultation and application abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, relate, exceed, attend and thank customers using Saks Principles.
• Meet and exceed individual and vendor sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and develop relationships as the brand expert.
• Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the Account Executive.
• Use the clienteling tool to record client information and preferences.
• Drive sales from approach to closing and follow-up with customers.
• Maintain counter standards and a welcoming selling area.
