Saks Fifth Avenue, part of Saks Global, is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at a luxury cosmetics counter. Under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, you will build relationships, train in-house, and close retail sales using clienteling tools.

The role emphasizes maintaining a polished counter, exceeding daily/monthly goals, and representing the Saks brand across all interactions.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
Proven sales experience with quota attainment.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and proprietary software.
Attention to detail, initiative, and positive work ethic.
Ability to work independently to grow a successful business.
Professional makeup consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank).
Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and vendor sales goals, events, and daily/monthly targets.
Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships.
Maintain a positive image as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the Account Executive.
Use the clienteling system to record and maintain client information and preferences.
Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
Keep the counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
