Job summary

Saks Global in Beverly Hills is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding service, build client relationships, and drive sales at the cosmetic counter. Under guidance from the Selling Manager, you will maintain counter presentation, participate in events, and use clienteling tools to grow your business.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail cosmetics experience, a proven sales record, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales success with quota attainment.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience using clienteling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank)
• Achieve and exceed individual and department sales goals.
• Maintain high level of customer service as brand expert.
• Maintain counter standards and assist Account Executive.
