Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive cosmetics sales, and build lasting client relationships using the brand’s clienteling tools. You will collaborate with the Selling Manager and teammates to maintain an inviting counter and deliver a luxury shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of retail experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and a professional approach to makeup consultations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and use Saks clienteling software.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
• Focus on achieving individual and department sales goals, including events and daily targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and close retail sales.
• Maintain counter standards, cleanliness, and welcoming selling area.
• Record and maintain client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Support training programs and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
