Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting client relationships, and drive cosmetics sales. You will work with a team to maintain a premier counter, close retail sales, and participate in in-house training and events.

You will leverage Saks clienteling tools to record client preferences, manage bookings, and maximize personal sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales record, exceeding quota.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Learn and use Saks clienteling tools and software.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and positive attitude.
• Work well with others and independently to drive business.
• Demonstrate makeup consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships as brand expert.
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean counter and display standards.
• Liaise between Saks Fifth Avenue and the Account Executive.
• Record client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from approach to closing the sale.
