Distinctive Hospitality Group in Natick, MA, is seeking an accomplished Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet operations for a 4-Diamond property, ensuring exceptional service and memorable luxury experiences for our guests.

You'll lead and train staff, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage budgets, and uphold health and safety standards, delivering flawless events from setup to breakdown while maintaining premium service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Banquet Manager or similar in luxury/4-Diamond setting.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for multiple events.
• Customer service and communication tailored to discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

• Manage banquet event operations from start to finish, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all services uphold 4-Diamond quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, catering staff, and vendors to ensure seamless and impeccable event delivery
• Train, supervise, and schedule banquet staff to maintain exceptional service standards consistent with 4-Diamond hospitality
• Monitor inventory and supplies meticulously to guarantee smooth event execution
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on luxury guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, reflecting the highest industry standards
• Prepare and manage banquet budgets, including forecasting and cost control while maintaining premium service quality
• Maintain accurate event records and documentation in accordance with 4-Diamond operational procedures
