Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills for luxury events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet operations from setup to breakdown, ensuring 4-Diamond quality.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, and vendors for seamless events.
• Train, supervise, and schedule banquet staff to maintain exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle inquiries and maintain strong client relationships for luxury experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare and manage banquet budgets with forecasting and cost control.
• Maintain accurate event records per 4-Diamond procedures.
