Relais & Châteaux Inn at Hastings Park in Lexington, MA is seeking a Banquets Supervisor to assist in planning and executing meetings and special events, ensuring a seamless turnover from sales to operations. You will contribute to managing event operations and budgets, while upholding outstanding guest service.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or 5 years in events or food & beverage, plus strong customer service and computer skills.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or experience equal to 5 years in events or food and beverage.
• Previous customer service and general computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning and execution of meetings and special events.
• Assists in the implementation of departmental strategies.
• Executes all property events with turnover from sales to operations.
• Conducts daily walk-throughs of banquet floor to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards.
