Mercedes-Benz of Riverside in Riverside, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main point of contact in our service department. You will welcome guests, explain maintenance needs, provide accurate estimates, and manage the end-to-end service experience.

You will coordinate with certified technicians, keep customers informed through updates, and promote service options while ensuring a premium luxury experience for every client.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in automotive service.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage workflows and collaborate with technicians.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication for premium clients.
• Professional appearance and valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and ensure a premium luxury service experience.
• Relay concerns to technicians and provide status updates.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs.
• Generate clear repair estimates and explain charges.
• Advise on warranties and extended care.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns.
• Collect vehicle data and insurance information.
• Accompany test drives to diagnose concerns.
• Promote maintenance packages and service offers.
• Other duties as assigned by dealership management.
