Hireology is seeking a Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor to join our luxury service team in Michigan. You will greet guests, document concerns, conduct walk-around inspections, and relay findings to master technicians to craft precise repair estimates.

Translate complex diagnostics into clear recommendations for clients, manage repair workflows, verify warranty coverage, and suggest manufacturer parts and maintenance to maximize vehicle longevity and CSI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience (luxury or Mercedes-Benz brand preferred).
• Exceptional communication, organizational talent, and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and warranty procedures.

Responsibilities
