• 3-5 years' High Line Auto Dealership experience.
• Ability to provide Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
• Assist customers with service needs.
• Schedule service for customers.
