Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Audi Calabasas is looking for a Service Advisor to greet customers, identify service needs, and document concerns. You will prepare repair orders and work with technicians to ensure timely completion.

You will explain recommended services, costs, and timelines to customers and guide the payment and handoff process at delivery. A minimum of two years as a service advisor is required, with experience in dealership systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Experience preparing repair orders, reviewing repair recommendations, and obtaining customer authorization.
• Experience communicating with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, identify service needs and provide a professional customer experience.
• Document customer concerns during vehicle walk-arounds and prepare accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Explain recommended services, costs, and completion times while obtaining customer authorization.
• Coordinate with technicians to understand repair needs, dispatch work, and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Complete the customer delivery process, including reviewing completed services and processing payments.
