Job summary

indiGO Auto Group's Audi Rancho Mirage dealership is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join a state-of-the-art facility. This opportunity offers exposure to luxury brands and a fast-paced environment with strong team support.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in a service-advisor role, a proven CSI and sales history, and excellent verbal and numerical skills. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions/bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service advisor role.
• CSI and sales history preferred, preferably with a luxury dealership.
• Excellent verbal and math skills.
• Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and record concerns to generate a precise work order.
• Track status of open repair orders and update customers and dispatch with approvals and delays.
• Understand warranty coverage for each franchise.
• Schedule maintenance appointments with customers and manage recurring contacts.
• Notify customers when parts arrive and arrange service appointments.
• Close tickets and inform customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Explain charges and escalate issues to the service manager as needed.
• Aim to meet metrics: sales per repair order, gross profit, orders per day, and customer satisfaction.
